UniGroup Announces Resignation of President & CEO Marc Rogers

ST. LOUIS (Sept. 30, 2021) – UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation related companies, announced today Marc Rogers, president and CEO, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. His resignation is effective immediately. UniGroup’s Board of Directors will begin a search to name Rogers’ permanent replacement.

Jason Mills has been named as interim president and CEO. Mills will work in close partnership with Charles McDaniel, Chairman of UniGroup’s Board, and the executive leadership team to deliver on the Company’s strategic plan. Mills is a trusted leader who has been with UniGroup for nearly 13 years, taking on increasing responsibilities throughout the organization including leading several business units. Prior to Rogers’ resignation, Mills had been tapped to serve in an expanded role as Chief Operating Officer. Mills held previous leadership roles at Spectrum Brands, Bayer and The Coca-Cola Company.
